The saved chat can be found here and the transcript can be found here. The webinar recording and slideshow can be found below.

Kat Calvin, founder and executive director of Spread the Vote/Project ID, addressed barriers to voting in the hours leading up to Election Day, highlighting transportation as the largest last-minute obstacle to casting a ballot. She discussed the importance of educating voters on state regulations and making voters in long lines feel as secure as possible through educating voters on their rights and providing food services. C.Jay Coles, deputy director of legislative affairs at Verified Voting, detailed the process of a ballot entering the “election administration ecosystem,” and described the extensive documentation and verification required during the process. He shared Verified Voting’s tools to check a county’s transparency, audit laws, election equipment, and other ballot counting procedures, all of which can provide voters confidence that their ballots will be counted as cast. Lyndsey Dearlove, global director of operations at the NO MORE Project, introduced the significance of domestic violence and stalking as barriers for survivors trying to cast their ballot during election season, and the importance of ensuring accessibility of safe voting plans. She described the complexity of deciding how to vote based on a survivor’s situation and provided NO MORE’s state voting guide as a hub for suggestions on how to support someone in need.
