Become a part of Our Homes, Our Votes as an affiliated organization. Whether it’s voter registration drives or candidate forums or voter education sessions, voter engagement efforts are already underway in communities throughout the country. Joining Our Homes, Our Votes will strengthen our movement and tie a common thread through local and national initiatives across the country.

REASONS TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE: 
  • Access to template materials such as posters, flyers, and newsletter articles that can be modified with your logo and local information

  • Permission to use the Our Homes, Our Votes logos and images on co-branded materials

  • Receive guidance and assistance from NLIHC staff in developing and administering your local efforts

  • Opportunities to be featured in the Our Homes, Our Votes newsletters and webinar series 

  • Exclusive affiliates-only events

NEXT STEPS:

Any nonpartisan organization is welcome to participate. There is no cost to be an affiliate. Here are the requirements:

  • Commit to advancing housing issues in the election

  • Work to register, educate, and mobilize voters

  • Conduct all activities in a nonpartisan manner that does not endorse any candidates for office – NOTE: endorsing ballot initiatives is completely acceptable and not considered partisan activity
